My Music magazines USP will be that the magazine will be based on Live Music. Something i personally view as where music is at its best selling point in the 21st century, My magazine cover will also be unposed which is very rare and diffrent for a magazine. I will have Gig Reviews, Images and Interviews in my magazine as well as goodies which the majority of people prefer when buying a Magazine.

I found that 63% of the people I asked don’t buy music and the Majority of the people don’t illegally download. 64% watch and listen to music online which I think could give me ideas for my magazine for ideas for a ‘Freebies’ which over 88% of people would prefer. For my magazine I could give away a free iTunes track which is legal and chartable.
A feature I will add after the survey is on Unsigned artists as 88% of people I asked would like to see Unsigned Artists, I could base my magazine around promoting unsigned artist but still featured known to sell the magazine.

Magazine
Front Cover:
For my magazine cover I tried to make the Magazine look professional yet youthful for the target audience of 16-19+ of college students.
I decided my magazine cover could have a theme, I used the “Go Green” theme which may interest some students, in order to grab the attention of other students I have added catchy cover lines which may appeal this age range instead of extremely important issues. I have added another Cover Line at the bottom of the cover which two topics that would interest students which are Jobs and Discounts. I have also made my magazine free with a free sign in the left third indeed of a bar code.
